PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
An initial complimentary consultation allows us to discuss
your fitness goals. We will also complete a health history questionnaire. Prior to
developing your individual program, a base line body composition will be performed for
a fee. I will develop a program designed specifically for you and your current
lifestyle using the latest techniques to improve your strength, flexibility, &
cardiovascular fitness. Phone consultations and e-mail are provided as needed.
You will be emailed back weekly regarding your progress in the training program set
up for you. All of your travel and athletic events will be taken into consideration
when developing your program. (Hourly Rate)
