LACTATE TESTING
Learn your current lactate threshold, max vo2, predicted max heart
rate, & specific heart rate training zones. Testing may be done on the bike & or
running. A fully developed analysis of your test will be made for you within 72 hours
of completing the fit test. (60 minutes)
